State Regulatory Agencies

Nearly every state has a regulatory body for private post-secondary schools.  Unfortunately, no two states have like administrative structures and regulations.  Several of the more typical agencies are shown below. Most state regulatory agencies maintain membership in NASASPS, an organization whose mission is "to improve and promote effective state regulation of private postsecondary education."  A link has been provided to their website.
